Beginning in September 2016, there will be a Decommissioning, Demolition, and Restoration Project at 2115 Commissioner Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The site is currently leased to VersaCold Logistics Services by Vancouver Fraser Port Authority. This project is defined by the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority as a “Category C” project. GHD Limited, one of the world’s leading professional services company, is the engineering consultant for the project. The project is set to conclude June 30, 2017.

A hardcopy notification will be distributed by Canada Post 10 days prior to the commencement of the work on Site to residents within the Notification Area, which spans approximately 4 blocks/500 meters. The Notification Area was provided by the Port in consultation with East Vancouver Port Lands. The map below depicts the specific boundaries of the notification area.
